Very glad I took my truck here! Needed a new hitch and needed to fix my 7-pin connector. The guys did a great job removing the old one, putting the new one on, and getting the wiring all sorted. Best part is they got it done within a day.

I used Truck'n America a few months ago and it has been on my mind to write a review for a while but life keeps getting in the way. But let it be a testament to how happy I was with their service that instead of letting my intention to write a review just fritter away, like many things on my to do list, I found this important enough to circle back to. In short, these guys are great. I needed wiring for my vehicle and wiring for a camper and I had a whole bunch of questions about towing set ups. Many times, when you deal with people in a specialty field, especially in trucks, motorcycles, yard equipment, etc...the people you deal with are not patient in explaining what they know and you don't. Instead, they are rude, dismissive, disrespectful, and have overall poor attitudes and customer service. But what did I get with Truck'n America? The exact opposite. They acted like this wasn't my business so of course i shouldn't be expected to know everything. they acted like they were the experts and the professionals and so of course they would be happy to patiently and clearly explain to me what my issues were, how I might remedy them, what the assorted options are, and which might best suit my needs. They were never nasty in tone or condescending, just helpful. I chatted with the installers while they were fixing some things on my vehicle in the parking lot and they were exactly the same way. I can't even remember what the exact pricing was but it was ludicrously low. sometimes people know they have you in a tough spot and can squeeze you for a lot of money. These guys were the exact opposite. At one point they installed some wiring and charged me like $12. Who does that in 2025? No one, except them. A few weeks after using these guys I sold a pick up truck cap on Facebook Marketplace. the young man was going to need some brackets to secure it to his truck and some wiring fixes. I of course referred him to Truck'n America. He went there and reported that his experience was just like mine. They helped him like professionals but charged him like family. He was so grateful that I had told him to go there. I can't say enough about this place without it seeming like I won stock in their organization. I don't, they're just awesome, and that's hard to find in this day and age.

The entire staff was outstanding. They gave me great recommendations on a tonneau cover and did the install quickly and the quality was fantastic. Prices were great also. Would definitely recommend. Great experience!

I had a Stealth Hitch installed on my Audi e-tron at this shop, and the experience was excellent. The front desk provided great customer service and clear communication about what to expect. Eric did a fantastic job with the installation and took the time to explain how everything worked. Best of all, I didn’t leave with any new issues—no faulty backup camera, automatic trunk problems, or unexpected error messages. The pricing was very reasonable, and I highly recommend this shop to anyone considering their services.
