RETURNS and REFUNDS

There may come a time when you need to return a product, although returns are usually not pleasurable for both of us, we will try to make it as painless as possible. There are certain procedures that are necessary for a timely and satisfactory result. TRUCK'N AMERICA (TNA) Thoroughly Inspect your delivery. All freight damage must be inspected at the time of delivery and immediately reported to the shipper, TNA is not responsible for freight damage, any reimbursements will be paid by the shipping company. Wrong Part TNA at Fault. TNA will exchange for proper part at no charge. TNA will freight the replacement part and credit you with the return freight on the original part only after TNA receives the original part. Wrong Part Customer at Fault. The customer is responsible for the freight for both products, a restocking charge may be applied. TNA must receive the wrong part back before the proper one will be shipped. Missing components. Customer must contact the manufacture for replacement. TNA will assist you with the contact information. Electronic Items. No refunds or returns Special Orders. No refunds or returns Restocking charges. All returns are subject to a restocking charge of at least 10% and no more than 30%. Return Goods Authorization (R.G.A) TNA will not accept a return or refund with out an proper R.G.A. number. Any product returned without an R.G.A. will be refused. |
